The following outside scholarship opportunities are categorized by the month in which applications are due. Be sure to plan ahead and ensure the organization receives all required documents by the deadline.

March Application Deadlines

American Chemical Society Scholars Program (March 1 deadline): Open to high school seniors, first-year college students, as well as college sophomores and juniors intending to or already majoring in biochemistry. Must meet specific GPA and ethnicity requirements.

The USA Group Scholarship Program (March 15 deadline): Open to high school seniors or graduates enrolling in full-time undergraduate or graduate coursework. Must be U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen and meet certain income requirements.

National Federation of the Blind-Deadline (March 31 deadline): Scholarships from $3,000 to $10,000 available to high-achieving students who are legally blind.

June Application Deadlines
Massachusetts Nursing Foundation Scholarships (June 1 deadline): A variety of scholarship opportunities for nursing students.

January and September Application Deadlines
La Unidad Latina Foundation (January 1 deadline) and (September 1 deadline): Educational scholarships are awarded to Hispanic students on a competitive basis and range from $250 to $1000.   Applications are only accepted within the 45-day period prior to the deadline. That is, as of January 1st  for the February 15th deadline, and September 1st for the October 15th  deadline.

The Datatel Scholars Foundation Scholarship (January 30, 2009 deadline):  Since we are a Datatel  School - it’s a very good opportunity for our qualified students.  Several  Regis students have received this scholarship through the years. 

The Gates Millennium Scholarship (The deadline is January 12, 2009)

Graduate Nursing Student Scholarships
