Fine Arts Minor
Studying fine arts at Regis College teaches you to express yourself by:
  • Giving you a foundation in color and design
  • Fostering your talents for drawing, painting, and printmaking
  • Helping to build your confidence to express your own imagery

The art facilities at Regis College include our Fine Arts Center, with state-of-the-art computer graphics labs, a professional gallery, an art history lecture theater, and spacious drawing and painting studios. We also have a well-equipped printmaking studio.

Required Courses

  • AR 221 Basic Drawing
  • AR 222 Basic Design
  • AR 321 Painting Techniques

Elective Courses
Select at least three courses from the following:  

  • AR 310 Life Studio: Human Figure
  • AR 315 Advanced Drawing for Illustration
  • AR 333 Watercolor Painting
  • AR 335 Fundamentals of Relief Printmaking
  • AR 336 Mixed Media: Collages, Monotypes, Monoprints
  • CO 323 Photography II: Black and White or CO 324 Photography II: Color / Digital (one course only)
