English Minor
Students majoring in other disciplines may elect to minor in English. An English minor enhances communication, writing, and critical thinking/reading skills while providing a foundation for any kind of analytical work.
Required Courses
- EN 211 Literary Studies: A Study of Forms of Literature—Fiction, Poetry, and Drama or designated 200-level literature course.
- Seminar (approved by the departmental advisor)
Elective Courses
Four additional English courses, to be approved by a member of the English program.
