Rosemary Noon manages internal and external communications involving media relations, Web site content, and publications. She also supervises the production and presentation of programs and events at the Regis College Fine Arts Center.
Rosemary was the director of the Fine Arts Center at Regis College from 1993 to 2003. The Fine Arts Center showcases the work of national and regional visual and performing artists and presents the finest artists possible for exhibitions, performances, workshops, and residencies.
From 1988 to 1993, Rosemary was the director of the Lowell Office of Cultural Affairs, serving as the city's prime spokesperson for public cultural policy. From 1983 to 1988, she was the assistant director of cultural affairs for the Lowell Historic Preservation Commission, U.S. Dept. of the Interior. There, she assisted in planning and implementing cultural programs and exhibits that contributed to the development of Lowell National Historical Park.
Rosemary holds an M.A. in art history from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and was a Loeb Fellow in advanced environmental design at Harvard University from 1991 to 1992.
