Computer Science Major Curriculum: Three Years
If you are thinking about graduate school, want to start your career more quickly, or want to save precious tuition dollars, then you should consider a three-year major. Many majors at Regis College are designed to meet these needs while providing you with flexible scheduling options so that you may fully enjoy your college experience.
While pursuing a three-year degree, you will have the option to participate in the Honors Program, learn in hybrid-online courses, have "real-world" experiences in academic internships, and enjoy a host of extra-curricular options at Regis College.
Eligibility
The Degree in 3 is a challenging program for strong students. Admitted candidates typically have a recalculated high school GPA of at least 3.4 and a combined score of at least 1100 on the Math and Critical Reading sections of the SAT. The SAT Writing section may also be reviewed.
Promising students not meeting these criteria are still encouraged to apply and will be given careful consideration on an individual basis. Once admitted to the program, a student must maintain a 3.0 GPA.
The following is a sample three-year curriculum schedule for the computer science major.
Note: MA xxx and Non-CS department electives are courses selected from courses listed for the major (they are not the all-college electives).
